Once we have your brief, we secure an approval in principle from an appropriate lender, outlining the loan amount, rate, term and any special conditions.
After you sign and return the approval, the Lender will instruct valuers and lawyers. You will instruct your own property solicitor to act for you.
Upon receipt of satisfactory valuation and legal documentation, the lender releases funds. You can then complete your purchase, refinance or carry out your project.
