Applying for a bridging loan through Parque Financial is simple. You can either complete our brief online application or call us to discuss your requirements. We’ll need basic details about the property, the purpose of the loan and your exit strategy. Once we have this information:

Loan Enquiry & Application

Submit an online application or email/phone us with a summary of your needs. A qualified broker will call you within a few hours with preliminary terms.

STEP 2 OF 4

Approval in Principle

Once we have your brief, we secure an approval in principle from an appropriate lender, outlining the loan amount, rate, term and any special conditions.

STEP 3 OF 4

Valuations and Legal

After you sign and return the approval, the Lender will instruct valuers and lawyers. You will instruct your own property solicitor to act for you.

STEP 4 OF 4

Completion

Upon receipt of satisfactory valuation and legal documentation, the lender releases funds. You can then complete your purchase, refinance or carry out your project.
